This plan has been revised at least a dozen times - and if you check out the new track plan, you will see what is hopefully the FINAL plan. I am leaving this plan here so you can compare it to the new plan. If you are planning your own layout, keep in mind that plans often look good on paper (or on your computer), but don't be surprised when things don't line up perfectly - they never do.

I have a lot of stuff packed into a small space and it took close to a year to make it all fit, so don't expect your first plan to be the final.
