This historic station is an attraction by itself, but there is also a significant amount of MARC, CSX, and Amtrak traffic along this line. An article in the June, 1996 issue of Trains recently covered this railfanning site. The CSX mainline from Washington DC to West Virginia meets the old B&O mainline from Baltimore at this point, and the variety of trains should make for excellent photographing opportunities.

This site can be reached by car, or by taking the MARC from Union Station. Amtrak does not stop here.
