It took me a couple photos to get this right at the expense of the power. CAT 990H tractor is loaded upon a TTX flatcar, with its inner parts hidden in the wooden crates located towards the edges. This surely is a special CBNS delivery, as the car is at the front, unlike the tractors tires which were found towards the middle on the same train 5 days prior.
