Track Actuators for non-Flyer track
A homemade Flyer track actuator installed with ballasted AM flextrack. It's made from code 100 nickel silver rail from an old piece of HO track. Screws support rail, which is soldered to them. Screw height is adjusted before soldering. Wire is soldered to underside of rail. It could be soldered to the screws but the rail is easier to solder to. Dimensions match AF action track*, except length isn't critical. |
