If you want to receive only one composite S-Trains or S-Scale a day you will need to select "Digest" from the YahooGroups page, or use the link below.  Digest works well for folks that don't want to get lots of mail. It tends to be slower because it only sends out a composite message once a day.   If you are on a corporate/company e-mail system you may want to use this option.
