Step 2) Get some S Gauge images that match the resolution of your screen.

I am providing some images.  If you have some Flyer/S-Scale related pictures to share with us please send them to me. Each version of the set contains the same images, just at different resolutions.
Download the file, move to an empty directory, then execute.  Each exe file will unzip into eight .JPG files.  Then direct your screen saver to use these .JPG files.
