CSX GP40-2 # 6480 with a GP30slug on a nice spring day at CSX's Lexington, KY yard.

CSX GP30 slug/GP40-2 set at CSX's Lexington,KY yard on the EK sub.
CSX GP30 slug/GP40-2 , at Lexington, KY.  These locos are used for CSX local C799,a.k.a The Shelbyville turn and the Y101 for switching duties.

 Chessie GP40 at CSX Lexington Yard on 2-2000.  Happened to drive past and see it, didnt have my camerea so I went to the local gas station and purchased a disposable camera.  Not bad for a disposable!
From the 1993 New River Train, I caught this coal train being led by a B&O GP40 and two exFamily Lines GP38-2's.  Photot taken North/West of Montgomery, WV.
A Transkentucky (TTI) coal train departing east at Paris, KY Lead loco was a CSX GP38-2, second was an exCSX now TTI U36, third loco is a CSX/Chessie GP40.
Same train as above as it approaches Carslisle, KY on the TTI main.
GE AC4400CW # 419 as it enters into the Kentucky Utilities Brown power station to pick up empty coal cars.  This is  Norfolk Southern train 70K with CSX power
GE C40-8W Leading the 70K south through Lexington,KY at Rosemont.  This train transfers from the CSX EK sub at Lexington, then travels south on NS's CNO&TP to the KU's Brown Powerplant near Burgin,KY
After turning their locos at NS's Danville, KY yard 70K returns back north to Brown to pick up the empty coal hoppers from the powerplant and head back north to Lexington. 
CSX C40-8 on a cold February in 1993 rests at the Ravenna, KY Locomotive service facility  on CSX's EK sub.
