Amtrak's New York - Pittsburgh Service

New York - Philadelphia - Harrisburg - Pittsburgh via the Pennsylvanian (43-44) and Three Rivers (40-41)

Other Carriers' Connecting Services:

• Frequent SEPTA train service connects 30th Street Station (Philadephia) with Center City Philadelphia, stopping at Penn Center/Suburban Station and Market East. SEPTA trains depart from upper level at 30th Street Station. Amtrak ticket stubs are good for free travel between 30th St and Center City.
• Capitol Trailways provides connecting bus service between Harrisburg's Amtrak station and Reading and Scranton, PA. (800)444-2877
• New Castle Area Transit Authority operates service between New Castle, PA and the Amtrak station in Pittsburgh. Bus departs New Castle at 5:50am to connect to Train 40. Returning service connects from Train 43, arriving New Castle 6:40pm. Pay fare to driver. (412) 654-3130.
