Here are some tid-bids from the journey:

Part ONE of the journey: Panvel to Thrisur by 2618 Mangala Lakshadweep Express. The loco was WDM2 #16565 of Ernakulam. My coach was WGACCN 00148 (AS2) based at ERMC, built by RCF in January 2001. The pantry gets a 8 on 10.

Part TWO of the Journey: Returned from Thrisur by 6346 Netravati Express. The loco was WDM2 #18329 of Golden Rock. My coach was WGACCN 05142 (B2) based at TVC. The coach was built by RCF in February 2006. The coach still had the original "matte" finish paint works done by RCF. The Pantry car is okay, and gets 7 on 10.
