RSO #1752 waiting to depart Brantford station for Caledonia on the Hagersville Sub. Sept. 28/98 RaiLink customers rode borrowed VIA coaches from Hamilton to Brantford, then on to Caledonia for dinner on a riverboat. The special goes onto the Hagersville Sub. at Simpson, passing over the Burford Spur. CN Dundas Sub. is beyond the bridge. The special returned to Brantford at 20:47, disembarking some passengers, then heading east back to Hamilton.
RaiLink 5005 is a former CP Rail GP-35. It's part of the Paris Turn power, making a rare daylight appearance in Brantford. RaiLink geeps #4205 and 1752 at Brantford yard. Aug. 1998 RaiLink - Ottawa Valley #4205 at Brantford, Ontario. RaiLink #1752 sports the new paint scheme. I like it! Aug. 1998

RaiLink HR412 #3585 and M420W #3502 put together the "Caledonia Job" at Brantford The RaiLink local, with leased CN switchers, approaching the Dundas Sub. on the Burford Spur. RaiLink's Caledonia Job has lots of power this day, as M420W #3508 gets a trial run after repairs RaiLink HR412 #3585 and some CN track geometry equipment pulls into Brantford yard after a trip to Garnet on the Hagersville Sub.
