Plans for the 2009 Train Show

Dates:  Saturday, December 19: 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and

            Sunday, December 20:  1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Location:  Buhl Community Recreation Center, second floor gymnasium.

Set-up time for exhibitors:  Saturday, December 19:  8 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Tear-down time for exhibitors:  Sunday, December 20:  5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Exhibitors registration fee:  $5.00 before September 30.     $15.00 if registration comes after the cut off date.  Get the registration form here.
Donations and Proceeds:  All net proceeds from visitor donations, sponsor donations, and exhibitor fees will be donated to the Buhl Community Recreation Center.
