 2. Purposes of the Columbia Northwestern Model Railroad Club
 2.1. To actively seek persons or organizations with an interest in any aspect of Model Railroading, and to bring those persons or organizations together in a mutually beneficial way
 2.2. To offer assistance, share knowledge, and to further the understanding of the various aspects of Model Railroading
 2.3. To assist outside organizations in the design and construction of Model Railroad layouts and displays.
