The Superliner kitchen is on the lower level of the dining car. When a meal is ready to send up to the dining room I place it on the elevator and send it up to the serving staff. Working in the dining car on a moving train has a lot of challenges.We
have to maintain our ballance.The Southwest Chief is the fastest long haul
train in the fleet outside the Northeast Corridor.Our authorized top speed
of the Southwest Chief is 90 MPH.
