As number one dining car waiter on crew ten it is my responsibility to set up and maintain the pantry area of the diner. I make the orange juice every morning for breakfast, brew the coffee, make ice tea, and create wonderful desserts. The most important thing I do on the train is server hungry passengers (my guests) there meals at my assigned station. Earlier in my life I was a professional dancer.I performed on and off
Broadway and I have danced in many movies.
