From East: Take I-91, or Rt 66 West to I-691. Take the I-691 WEST exit Merge onto I-691 West. Take the exit Mall exit, labeled for Lewis Ave and CT 71. The exit circles around 180 degrees to a light. Bear and turn right onto Lewis Ave. Keep to the right lane and go straight on Lewis Ave, past three lights until it forms a "T" with Hanover (the graveyard will be straight ahead). The street actually changes names at the third light, just keep straight as far as you can go and you will be fine. Turn Right on Hanover. Pass one light, and a double S curve. At the second light (with a short left turn lane) turn LEFT onto HIGHLAND AVE. At the second right (the first is a dead end) turn RIGHT onto DEWEY AVE. My house is # 49, a small brick house about five down on the right. There is a locomotive mailbox in front. Park on the street, you can walk down the driveway to the right of the house and come in through the back door to avoid the dogs.
From West: Take I-84 East. Take the I-691 EAST exit. Merge onto I-691 East. Take exit 5 (Chamberlain Highway, CT 71) Turn RIGHT onto CHAMBERLAIN HWY/CT-71 South. Continue STRAIGHT until Chamberlain ends at a light with McDonalds straight ahead. Turn LEFT onto W MAIN ST/CT-71. At the very next light, turn RIGHT onto BRADLEY AVE. At the stop sign turn LEFT. Go uphill and through the next stop sign. At the bottom of the hill turn RIGHT at the light onto HANOVER RD. Pass double S curve. At the second light (with a short left turn lane) turn LEFT onto HIGHLAND AVE. At the second right (the first is a dead end) turn RIGHT onto DEWEY AVE.
