Railroads I have visited The list below shows the Railroads, I have had the great pleasure of visiting, and meeting the very nice people that own them ! The list are short but sweet!! I wish to thank the owners of these Railroads, for allowing me to visit their empires! * Tom & Diane Smith's Desert Tortoise & Roadrunner Railways This railroad is in it's beginning stages of construction. A retaining wall is mostly complete, and fill dirt will soon be delivered to be the basis of the railroad. Tom & Diane were my host, while on a trip to Las Vegas * Lou & Joan Banning's Pahrump Valley & Amargosa Railroad I had the pleasure of visiting Lou's railroad on 5 May 2000 Lou was running a UP freight when Tom Smith and I arrived. I followed the train over most of 1500 feet of rail. This Railroad was featured in Garden Railways Oct. 1999 * Rod & Kathy Morgan's Not named I got to visit this railroad 5 May 2000 Rod was working, but his gracious wife, Kathy, had set out a few buildings and had a train with sound and RC, quietly waiting for our visit. As soon as we got out to the railroad area, the train was given the command to highball. * People Who Have Visited the DS&RG Below are the names of other railroad fans that have visited my Railroad!
