For the most part, the benchwork for the Upper Level is in place along with the backdrops.

For the time being, a temporaty piece off track will bypass the penicula part of the layout to allow for operations on the Upper Level.

The Upper Level has been completely pre-wired for track and detection, and for turnouts.
