Rick Baxter
Rick is with the Canadian Department of Statistics and has been in Eritrea helping with their census.  He and his wife, Jane, took an invitation only trip from Ghinda to Massawa.  He is a bit of a rail enthusiast and has given me about 40 recent pictures of the line.  They are throughout this site.
