Fordsville Historical Society

Members of the Fordsville Historical Society are dedicated to preserving yesterday’s memories for tomorrows citizens. Chartered in 1990 the Society continues to be dedicated to maintaining the Fordsville L&N Depot Community Museum to showcase everything that makes Fordsville, Kentucky so special. The Fordsville Histroical Society provides for the upkeep, restoration and availability to visitors and community the Fordsville L&N Depot Community Museum. The sole means of support for the Fordsville Depot Museum is provided by the annual Fordsville Day’s Community Homecoming Fundraiser held the 3rd weekend in September of each year. Fordsville Days is hosted by the Fordsville Historical Society through the generous sponsorship of local businesses. The Fordsville Historical Society is a registered 504c non-profit organization.
