Why do I want the role I have been working as a communications integrator for the past 12 months or so. In this role I work with 3 Senior Customer Managers and about 16 accounts. Several of these accounts would in there own rights be eligible for AD support due to spend and/or strategic requirements. During this time we have worked to develop a strategy for each of the customers and develop tasks in alignment with these strategies. The reality is with this number of large customers there are those that require a lot of attention all of the time, those that desire attention for specific projects and those that deserve more attention. The outcome is the relationship with some customers may not be as close as I would like to make it. I see the TC role providing the ability to get involved with customers and develop opportunities at a much earlier stage and provide some leadership or guidance through the project. Why should you offer this role to me I have a range of skills and experience to offer this role that are complimentary to the team. I am an enthusiastic participant and have a well developed work ethic. I am results oriented and expect the same from my colleagues. I wish to work more closely with customers to understand their business and develop ways to allow Telecom to help them meet their business objectives. By understanding the Customers, Customers and suppliers and how they interact and what their expectations are, by finding innovative ways of improving these relationships. I believe that I have the skills and experience to add value to the TC role, the Customers and Telecom. |
