Canadian Rockies Railroad Museum Foundation (1998) and shipped to Roma Junction on the
RaiLink McKenzie Northern where it was stored in their shop in January 1999; 5001
sold to Broadway Motors, Chicago,IL (1998); 5002 converted to control cab
1126 (1996); 5003 converted to control cab 1127 (1997); 5004,
5007, 5020 to Fort Worth & Western 5004,5007,5020 (via HELM); 5005,
5006, 5010, 5011, 5013 to RLK 5005,5006,5010,5011,5013 (1997); 5008 traded
to HELM (1999?); rebuilt by VMV to slug PAL-2110 (c.2001); 5012 converted
to control cab 1125 (1996); 5014, 5015, 5017, 5024, 5025 to Progress Rail
as PRSX 1003-1007 resp. (via HELM); 5021 converted to control cab 1128
(1997); 5023 traded to HELM (1999?); rebuilt by VMV to slug PAL-2112
(c.2001); 5009, 5016, 5018, 5019, 5022 all retired. All units have been retired and sold and I will fill this in as final information becomes available. |
