Spotted in the CSX yard in Waycross, GA on March . Unit was incomplete. The frame had been stripped and primed, and the new cab and short hood installed. It also appeared to have a dynamic brake enclosure in place, but no gensets when photographed. Unit seen in western Kentucky a few days later with 2003 spray painted on side. |
