  Kilmurry, parish and village, Ibrickan barony, West county Clare, Ireland, 5 miles south of Milltown Malbay ; acreage 25,526. The parish extends from the west extremity of Slieve Callan to Mal Bay on the west coast, and consists largely of bogs and desolate moorland. The parish contaings the village of Mullagh. At Seafield there is a pier for vessels caught in Mal Bay, but the approach to it is very difficult. Population: 5,163.
