MEMBERS

There is currently only one "member" of this group. Why? I don't know and I really am not that concerned. My home layout is being constructed to FREEMO standards. Others are invited to join because together, we can have much more than we can separately.

If you would like to explore FREEMO, send an e-mail to Kirk or call him at 317-838-5693 for more information about getting started in the Indy FREEMO Group.

The idea of this group is to allow members a chance to own modules or "mini-layouts" that meet certain nationally accepted FREEMO standards. Ideally, members can build modules that satisfy their own interests.

On a regular basis, the members get together and conect all of their mini-layouts into a railroad empire. Through the use of command control and appropriate power blocks, the operation of multiple trains is almost effortless.

Sometimes get together at each others houses to talk trains, watch multi-media presentations and/or help work on a particular members module.

At this point, there are no dues and no formalities.  Hopefully, there never will be.  This is a group of people who share a commone interest and a little volunteer spirit pulls us through. It is my goal to have this group function in more of a Round Robin type of fashion.

If you are interested in building a module or two or ten, we would love to have you.
