• Establish Long Distance service from Vancouver BC to Los Angeles Via Salt Lake City
• Establish connecting bus services to West Yellowstone
• Reinstate North Coast service through Northern Idaho
• Establish Thruway bus services from Coeur d'Alene to Sandpoint
• Establish service through eastern Oregon from Salt Lake City to Butte
• Establish Thruway bus service from Boise to Winnemucca
• Make incremental improvements to Boise Transit System

Goals - Montana

• Reestablish the North Coast through southern Montana
• Establish direct service from Butte to Salt Lake City
• Establish Thruway bus services throughout Montana
• Establish direct service from Billings to Denver
• Establish day train service from Billings to Spokane
• Establish through service from Alberta through Montana

Goals - Utah

• Reinstate the Desert Wind with through service to Chicago via Wyoming and Vancouver BC
• Establish Thruway bus connections throughout Utah
• Establish a network of day trains to the Bay Area, LA, Butte and Denver using TALGO equipment
• Expand Salt Lake's light rail network through the Wasatch Front
• Establish Commuter Rail service from Brigham City to Payson, UT
• Return Amtrak to the Union Pacific Station in Salt Lake and turn the Station into an intermodal terminal
