P4 Signal

With the addition of the P4 Passing Siding, a new 30 degree
crossing was installed between the 3rd Line and Main Line, a potential
point of conflict. A 2 arm semaphore signal was installed south
of the crossing to provide protection for that area. If turnout
P4 is switched, the signal will read red, stopping 3rd Line activity
to allow the Main Line traffic across the intersection. If the
P4 turnout of normal, the signal will read green, allowing for
normal operations on both lines.
