Club Day, December 2010, Mittagong

Our last Club Day was held on 11th December 2010 in Mittagong at the home of Margaret and Murray (Licorice and Caramel, the owners cows, dropped by to say hello as well). Murray's layout is quite extensive on a very large area. Only Murray ran trains as his track is all battery operated. He had his Big Boy on display which the members enjoyed viewing.

This is the first time the LGB Club has visited the Mittagong Railway. About 35 people were in attendance. The weather was extremely pleasant with a lovely summer temp of 22C, all had a lovely day. The committee members made great christmas desserts which were quickly devoured, thanks to the Committee. The club would like to thank Margaret and Murray for a very pleasant day.
