The crossing rail line is the Midwest Valley Traction lines, which connects the city to Union Station. The tower is still manned, as there is still an occasional accident where a trolley hits the rear end of a passing train. However, the trolleys are overbuilt, and there are only cuts and bruises for passengers and employees alike.
