High Elevation

Our photographers were disappointed that they could not photograph the summit of the Ohio and Western near Sylvania. The helicopter pilot said there were high winds in the valley. But they were able to set up here and get this shot of a couple of Crooked Creek narrow gauge engines headed towards the coal docks. There is still active mines and logging camps here and there is usually much activity to be seen here as coal is transferred to standard gauge cars.
