On3 East Broad Top 3 Bay Hopper.
This model matches the size of  S standard gauge hoppers.  Although it does not match the design of any known prototype standard gauge hopper,  it adds variety at a low price.  Some S modelers use this for freelance hoppers, such as this one for Dick Karnes' WCL.  Rather than lettering this car for a prototype or for my freelance railroad, I will enjoy lettering mine for the WCL.  Dick has assigned me a road number for my car, and will do so for you also.  Is there anybody else using this car as the "prototype design" for their freelance S standard gauge railroad?"
