      For several years I have engaged in the practiced art of creating holiday cards for my personal use. The images on this page are a sample of some of my sketches from that project. Digital images were created by scanning the original pencil drawings and reprinted for use as the basis of other works which include additional manual and computer-assisted drawing and colorization.

      The first two images are sketches based on a photograph of a Shaker Heights PCC Car taken during the final months of PCC operations on the RTA Green Line. The last three are based on a photo of a Kuhlman Steel Interurban Coach. I hope that you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed creating them.
