Munson, Ohio - Cleveland & Eastern Line Pole Base

This photo was taken along the Cleveland & Eastern right-of-way at The Rookery. It shows a concrete line pole anchor complete with its metal grounding strap. The line used these concrete collars to secure the wood line poles in the moist valley soil.
