In April of 1993, I ran across a ribbon rail train sitting in the yard in Auburn, Washington.
After the two locomotives, the first car leading the train was a Water Car, a white, single
inlet tank car (1960's vintage), similar to BN 973185 (included for illustrative purposes).
From right to left, these are the following cars. After BN 9750075, there were several (6
to 10) similar flats with the racks for hauling the rail. Closing out the train, was a standard
BN "wide vision" caboose.
