Money Order with regular postage stamp used as War Time Excise Tax stamp. Original size 3 x 6 and 1/4 inches.
The unendorsed reverse bears a ticket dater stamp from Toronto Union station indicating it was used to buy a CPR ticket.

Note: Travellers cheques began in 1910 and were discontinued April 1, 1969.
