Once a rural flag stop in the middle of nowhere (Mile 8.0 Mac Tier Sub.) on Finch Avenue near Weston Road,
this old undated photograph shows a typical CPR shelter often used at small flag stops. (Golf, Dixie and
Christie on the Galt Sub also had such small shelters.) Collection of Al Paterson

Decades later the little shelter is unchanged, even the ornate piece near the peak remains.
