Four Quebec Central Transportation Co. highway coaches connect at Sherbrooke, Quebec with Quebec Central Railway passenger train led by engine 2588 a G2 class 4-6-2 built by CPR in 1912 and transferred 6/1930 as QCR 67 but renumbered back into CPR number series in 1936. This helps date the photo. Like most G2's it lasted the last years of steam, being retired February 1959. Photo Canadian Pacific 8978.
