Hull Electric Company

Incorporated in Quebec 1895 to build tramways in Hull and to Aylmer and Gatineau Point, etc.
Under Dominion legislation in 1897 the CPR Hull-Aylmer branch was leased for 35 years.
In 1899 the line was purchased. August 1901 agreement with Pontiac Pacific Junction Ry. and
Ottawa, Northern and Western for running rights over the Interprovincial Bridge into Ottawa.
PPJ and ON&W amalgamated September 22, 1902. November 1, 1902 ON&W leased to CPR.
Note: Ceased operation in the City of Hull, November 30, 1946.
