Hayes Dana Inc., Chassis Division, of Thorold Ontario produces die cut and stamped metal components for the
automotive industry. The plant employs a work force of 600, operating 3 shifts per day, 5 days per week.
Production in 1984 was 470,000 automotive frames, 90,000 axle housings and 250.000 van extensions.

Plant closed mid-2007. Abandoned and still vacant 2020.
