Former CPR station built 1947 owned by the City of Owen Sound.

Vacant for over 22 years following abandonment December 11, 1995 of
CPR's Owen Sound Subdivision between Orangeville and Owen Sound.

Located on a vacant property of the CPR Yard, an East Harbour marine
and industrial area once known as Mudtown. Far from the business area
and an established railway museum in the old CNR Owen Sound Station.

Eventually, a tenant was found and they opened for business 5/18/2018.
