Brandywine Valley

ArcelorMittal owns shortline Upper Merrion & Plymouth to serve it steel plant in Conshohocken, PA.
It also owns Brandywine Valley another former Lukens-owned shortline.

Originally founded and long-owned Lukens Steel was acquired by Bethlehem Steel in 1997.
Then in turn Bethleham was acquired by International Steel Group (ISG) in 2003.
ISG was acquired by Mittal Steel in 2004. In 2006 Mittal Steel and Arcelor merged.
