The following are railway lines generally under Canadian ownership that did not fall under the control of either the Canadian Pacific or Canadian National Railways.

Algoma Central Railway - pending

Bruce Mines & Algoma Railway (Bruce Mines to Rock Lake)

Chatham, Wallaceburg & Lake Erie Railway ( Wallaceburg through Chatham to Erie Beach)

Grand Valley Railway (Brantford to Galt)

Hamilton Radial Electric Railways - Includes the following Dominion Power & Transmission railways:
1. Hamilton, Grimsby & Beamsville Electric Railway (Hamilton to Vineland)
2. Hamilton & Dundas Street Railway (Hamilton to Dundas)
3. Hamilton Radial Electric Company (Hamilton to Oakville)
4. Brantford & Hamilton Electric Railway (Hamailton to Brantford)

London & Lake Erie Railway (London to Port Stanley)

Nosbonsing & Nipissing Railway (North Bay area)

Ontario Northland Railway (North Bay to Moosonee)

Sandwich, Windsor & Amherstburg Railway (Windsor to Amherstburg and Tecumseh)

Windsor, Essex & Lake Shore Rapid Railway (Windsor to Leamington)

Woodstock, Thames Valley & Ingersoll Electric Railway (Woodstock to Ingersoll)
