Cinders - The Newsletter of the Philadelphia Chapter of NRHS

CINDERS is the newsletter of the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society. It is published for and mailed to chapter members every month except July. It contains:

  • Meeting Notices
  • Special Announcements
  • Chapter Business
  • Philadelphia Express by Frank G. Tatnall Jr., with news regarding SEPTA, Amtrak, Conrail, CSX, NS and other railroad operations in the Philadelphia area
  • Extra List, a calendar of railroad-related events for the coming months
  • and the ever popular MORE!
