ABOUT US

This web site really is not about us, but about you and the locations that you like to visit, to watch and photograph trains. We are in our infancy as far as what our potential is. But with your help this page will grow into a wonderful place to go for rail fanning resources. First lets start with locations. You all have your favorite ones, so lets share them with others. Feel free to contribute to this site by clicking on the contribute link, in the navigation aides and it will take you to a form where you will enter the appropriate info, like a short simple paragraph describing where it is, how to get there, and the railroads involved. The photo url will be used as a thumbnail inset for the location. Don't be afraid to provide info or pics of a famous place like Cajon pass, because you may have a different slant. High quality photos will be used on the photo page where we will feature a photo of the week. In the description area please include any url you think would be appropriate for that location. Other areas of interest are the high iron rail photography club, the chat room where you can sit and chew the fat with other foamers. And the free links page where you can add your railroad related web site.
