Coach Layout in Indian Railway

Indian Railway offers three gauges of RR track, Broad Gauge, Meter Gauge and Narrow Gauge. Narrow Gauge can be sub-classified into 2 feet 6 inches and two feet gauges.

The coaches may be air-conditioned, sleeper, chair cars, sitting or combination types.
