CONRAIL GP-9
Conrail inherited 446 GP-9s from virtually every railroad that went into Conrail.  PC(PRR) - 254, PC(NYC) - 152, PC(NH) - 12, CUT - 4, EL(Erie) - 6, LV - 2.  This class of engine was the largest single type Conrail started out with.  These engines were numbered 7000-7483 and 7500-7559
