EMD DEMONSTRATORS


F7A 462 was part of the testbed stationed at Enola
An F-3B was coupled to the F7A and the dynnometer car
EMD 5740 SD-45X was also stationed at Enola as part of the test bed
EM-6 was a electic demo EMD was trying to sell to Conrail to replace its aging fleet of GG-1s and E-44s.  The engine was pased on an SD-40 frame.
Demonstrator 4976 was designated as model EM-10 and had a B+B+B wheel arangement
EM-10 on the old Northern Central near Lemo Tower
