| Construction started in the fall of 2001. The full 5040's(1
of
right of way was cleared and rough graded.
7/18/2002:
The 56's trestle bridge is complete and the first 1280's
of track is laid. Only about 425's has it's wood ties
and is ballasted.
7/6/2004
With the completion of 4000's of track and the second 88's
trestle should be finished by the end of July, 2004. Track work
is
taking a back seat to Shay construction. I only expect to add
about 1045's of track this summer.
