This is a view of how the bracket is mounted to the
steam cylinder and rear chassis.  The screws go
through  and screw into the choo cylinders.
Here are the choo cylinders for the double choos.  The cylinder on the left is for the rear and the cylinder on the right is for the front.  Note that the front cylinder has been ground down on both sides.
This is another view of the choo cylinders showing how the front one (on right) has been ground down.  Also the smoke units have been removed from both of the choo cylinders.
Here we have the linkage that connects the choo
pistons together. It is made from sheet metal, round stock and an original AC Gilbert choo piston arm from an Atlantic type engine.  All of the parts are braised together.
