The template is entirely based on Brian Clough's tutorials, which are here. You will want to print out the tutorials -- the notebook view, via View> Source> -- and go to work.
Be aware that when you work with javaScript, you can't be sloppy like you can with HTML! Scripting is case sensitive: Beans does not = BEANS, which also does not = beans or beAns. Syntax has to be correct: a colon, semi-colon and comma are very different, and must be used and placed correctly. Just be careful, and render the page in your browser after every little change you make. That way, if it doesn't work, just un-do or re-do that last change.
Finally, everything in the 5-file zip file has to be in the same folder or floppy or desktop.
Start out by putting your own engines and cars into the train sets, then print out the tutorials and add backgrounds, etc, etc.
