Joe Balcer Joe Balcer has earned the nickname "Metalman" in our club because of his profession as a machinist. Joe is our go-to guy for any mechanical design or creation needs in the club - as his latest project, the Animated Ice-House will attest. The accessory runs quietly and smoothly and will sure be a hit on our layout.
